Product introduction: The sterilization process of pasteurizer not only can be suitable for common products, but also can satisfy special requirements of customers, for example: long term production of products with granules or medium and high viscosity. Such as cream, pure milk etc. products (milk, fruit juice and cream) of high viscosity; products containing giber and larger pulp granules, products of high acidity and products corrosive to the dead angle. The products can be pasteurized at a temperature of 85~95ºC.
Main features: Hard to agglomerate, long working time; PLC control with simple and correct operation; touch screen display, wich is direct and full;self-provided CIP cleaning system, easy cleaning;reliable materials with high pressure withstanding capacity; low maintenance cost. 1). It is heated directly but it is cooled indirectly. The cooling water and sterilizing water are not mixed together,avoiding the secondary pollution. | |||

Working principle | |||
1).Put the product from a storage tank mounted for the sterilizer into the heat exchanger unit. | |||
2).Heat the product by superheated water till the sterilizing temp and hold the product under the temp for sterilizing the product, then cool down into filling temperature by cooling water or chilled water. | |||
3).Before each production shift, sterilize in place the system with aseptic filler together by superheated water. | |||
4).After each production shift, clean in place the system with aseptic filler together by hot water, alkali liquid and acid liquid. |
