This is a cheese vat pasteurizer, geared toward artisan cheese-makers or those who wish to make efficient test batches, it allows for pasteurization and cheese making to happen in one tank. Available in 50-2000 gallon.
Batch pasteurizers sometimes referred to as Vat Pasteurizers, Pasteurization Machines or Processors are insulated, jacketed tanks. When used with a boiler & chilling system Pasteurization Vats can heat and cool almost any food, dairy, beverage or chemical products.
